Yarndango Project 24

Written By: madcroscientist - Jan• 21•13

Oops.  This is late and I fear some people are doing laps around me again!  LOL.  I totally forgot to post my last project and am crazy busy working on several projects but enough of the excuses.  Here are the projects I should have posted last week!

Moroni

Moroni

This is Moroni!  He is one of the characters that belong to Claudia Everest, the author and illustrator who draws A Dog A Day. I did design and write up the pattern for this little guy but will not be providing it to the public out of respect for the owner.  However, consider yourself informed early if you are reading this because with the blessing of Claudia, I will be in the near future, offering some of these for sale for a limited time.  I have some other projects to finish up before I can start offering them, but keep your eyes on my facebook page or Claudia’s (or both) for future announcements.

In other news:

Amiguruthi has created the most adorable pattern that would be great for beginners to amigurumi!   I think it’s fabulous and what better way to encourage a newbie than to give them a pattern that is going to come out great for their first project?  This is awesome.  Having said all that, it’s too adorable for the experienced amigurumist (new word) to pass up too!

Laura has made a really great project that is sewn and uses felt but it’s crochet related in a fantastic way!  I never would have thought of this but I’m so glad she did!  We could all use one of these!

Love Moroni! I also love the crochet case. One of these days I need to make one.

Thank you, Linda! I love the crochet case too – so smart! And so much better than a plain old boring one! :D

He is very cute! I managed to get a yarndango project done and posted on Saturday. Karalyn and I worked together on it.

A Dog A Day may become my new work distractorator lol. Very cute ami you’ve pulled together, it even has the puppy dog eyes down! :D

LOL – Ruthi – yes, I sometimes get lost looking through the albums at A Dog A Day! She is fabulous! Thanks about the Moroni doll. I hoped I did him justice – such an adorable character!
